Students who wish to take courses at other recognized institutions in Quebec and want those credits transferred to Concordia University must receive prior permission by using the Interuniversity Agreement (INTU) form from the Conference of Rectors and Principals of Quebec Universities (CREPUQ).
Credits and grades received are transferred to the student's Concordia record once an official transcript is received from the host institution. This application is only available online.

Students who wish to take courses outside the Province of Quebec and have those credits transferred to their programme must receive prior permission by:
A minimum grade of C- or better must be obtained in courses taken at the host institution in order to transfer back the credits to your program at Concordia.
Your grades for the courses taken outside Concordia will not be considered in the calculation of your GPA.
Upon successful completion of a course outside of ENCS, if the course doesn’t have the same number of credits as its equivalent course at Concordia University, the number of credits transferred back to your BENG program is the lowest of the two equivalent courses. Also, an extra elective course may be taken upon your return as a make up for the missing credits.
All requests must be made prior to registration at the host institution.
Note: The Faculty does not guarantee that credits taken elsewhere will be transferred and counted toward their degree if the student did not receive prior permission.
