Concordia wireless network

Concordia University provides wireless network to all faculty, staff and students. It is accessible from almost any place in university campuses as long as you have a wireless interface on your machine and a My Concordia Portal user account. The wireless network is under the authority of the IITS. You can refer to Concordia wireless network service page for more information.

ENCS AITS does not have authority to act upon that network, nor does it have the tools to check the status of any part of the wireless network. Should you have any question regarding wireless network, you can contact Concordia IITS.

FAQ

Concordia University provides wireless networking for all of its currently active faculty, staff, and registered students. Due to the nature of Concordia's secure network, most devices must be configured before using the wireless for the first time. To connect to Concordia's wireless network with a configured device, you must have a Netname account. Please ensure that you have activated your netname before configuring your device.
Guest wireless accounts may be granted to visitors who are sponsored by a Concordia department.

Please check this IITS web page for how to configue your device.

If you still have problem configuring your device, please consult ENCS Service Desk:
